Something we have felt a lot since the last year or so...
And He’s completely right in this verse, we don’t completely understand what He has planned for us. A year ago this month we had no idea that He knew we would be in complete lock down and change our lives. But a big thing I believe He wanted us to realize through all of this, was that we need to learn to be patient and trust in Him.
Hebrews 10:36 asks us to be patient and continue to glorify the Lord, to share His word. Because He has a plan for us, but it may just not be at this time.
Proverbs 3:5 Reminds us to trust in Him because we may not understand what's going to happen, but He does.
God does things that we may not be able to understand, but we just have to trust Him. Trust that He is doing what's right for us and know that someday we will understand. A thing that can help you to understand this more, is praying to Him. Talk to him throughout the day as if He's you BFF and you need to vent. Because He truly is! He wants to know and help you through your struggles. He wants everything good for us, so put your trust in him and you will be alright.
I hope this past year and the couple months we've been in this year so far, you have realized these things and maybe have grown in your faith because of them. If not start to and really focus on trusting your Almighty Lord.
